KRISHNA DAVINCI - DIRECTOR”S PROFILE




Early Journalist career:

Starting career as a journalist , worked in the Tamil magazine Kumudam for a number of years as Editor and lated switched over to the Film Industry.

Wrote 28 Novels, 50 short stories, numerous articles, Interviews, Film Reviews, articles in all popular magazines. Some of the Novels were translated into Kannada.

Worked and launched the web protal Kumudam.com as Editor.

TV career:

Directed and scripted many TV shows as freelancer in Vijay TV, DD and Kalaigner TV. Recently directed the programme “Tamizhan endru sollada” aired in Vijay TV on August 15th 2008.

Scripted & worked as Associate Director for the Telugu Serial “Megasandesam” produced by the media House RADAAN in Gemini TV.


Film Experience:

Worked with veteren Film Director K. Bhagyaraj and scripted his on going film
“puthiya varpugal “ being made into Tamil & Telugu languages.

Worked as Associate Director and wrote dialogues for the film “Palaniyappa kalluri” produced by Anbalaya Films.

Worked with Directer Madesh as writer and Associate Director for the film “Arasangam”

Worked as Associate Director and script & dialogue writer in the on-shoot film “Varnam” for which Santosh Sivan being the executive producer.

Worked as Associate Director upto Pre- production in the Film “Katrathu Tamizh”.

Worked as Dialogue writer in the recently completed film “Maganae en marumagane” featuring Vivek, directed by T. P. Gajendren and produced by Raj TV.

Worked with Director selvan in the on-shoot film “Krishna Leelai” produced by Kavithalaya.

Now working with Tamil ace Director Lingusamy for his forth coming mega film featuring karthi and Nayanthara.
